Meet Our Injectors

Lindley Gallagher, P.A.-C, M.M.S.

Lindley graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and earned her Masters degree from Arcadia University. She has been practicing as a Physician Assistant since 2012 and absolutely loves what she does.

In her own words, “I know every patient is unique, and I will work with you individually to help you reach your goals. Whether collagen building, improving skin, or anti-aging with BOTOX and dermal fillers, we can develop a treatment plan designed specifically for you. My goal as a provider is to make my patients look and feel beautiful. I strive to provide high-quality care coupled with outstanding results.”

Kimberly Dunn, P.A.-C, M.M.S.

Kimberly graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008 with a Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Science and received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Thomas Jefferson University in 2010. She feels fortunate that through practicing emergency medicine in the Philadelphia area for so many years, she had the opportunity to serve her community and learn the wide breadth of medicine. Although it was exciting and fulfilling in many ways, emergency medicine did not lend itself to establishing long-lasting relationships with patients, which she craved.

In her own words, “Joining Gambhir Cosmetic Medicine has allowed me to fulfill my dream of serving in the exciting world of aesthetic medicine and developing long-lasting relationships simultaneously. I am passionate about our services and look forward to helping our patients achieve their desired look.

Strategically combining the use of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, collagen building, and skin resurfacing procedures, I customize a tailored treatment plan for each patient I encounter. My goal is to give patients youthful and natural results. As our relationship develops, I will continue to optimize their results over time as they feel comfortable. I want all my patients to feel confident in their skin as the best versions of themselves.”

Erin Smith, MSN, CRNP

Erin graduated with a nursing degree from Cedar Crest College in 2011 and later got her Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Moravian University.

Prior to becoming an injector, Erin worked alongside top orthopedic surgeons assisting in the operating room. She started her career in injecting and fell in love instantly. She feels incredibly blessed to combine her love for art and medicine into a career of helping others feel and look their best.

In her own words, “Regarding aesthetics, my ultimate goal is to enhance your natural beauty and create harmonious balance while highlighting your facial attributes. My approach typically utilizes a combination of BOTOX, dermal fillers, and collagen stimulators.”

Nicole Bachovin, PA-C

Nicole has been certified as a Physician Assistant since 2010. Initially specializing in surgical critical care, she spent much of her time assisting in the operating room. More recently, she worked in women’s health. However, after welcoming her third daughter, she made the exciting decision to transition into the field of aesthetics.

As a mother of three who also manages a career, Nicole understands how easy it is to neglect self-care and put ourselves on the back burner. This realization motivated her to pursue a career in aesthetics, combining her love for hands-on skills with her passion for building enduring, trust-based patient relationships.

In her own words, “My primary objective is to remind fellow busy women and men: remember to prioritize self-care and well-being. Let’s embark on this journey together.”

She customizes each treatment plan to meet individual aesthetic goals, aiming to boost self-confidence and promote self-love through a variety of rejuvenating procedures. Sarah’s mission is to help her patients restore their youth and achieve their desired look, enhancing their overall sense of well-being.
