Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide the best care and service to all our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 business hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 business hours in advance will be considered a late cancellation, and a fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Credit Card on File: A valid credit card must be on file at the time of booking your appointment. This card will be used to process any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
